Popok reports on breaking news, as a Trump-dominated 3 judge 9th Circuit Appeals Panel, in a a rare Sunday afternoon emergency oral argument, seems on the verge of rejecting the DOJ's "emergency" appeal to block California midterm votes already received, and will instead likely send the case back down to the Trial Judge for a hearing on Tuesday.
