Show Notes
This week we're talking all about parenting back in the day versus now.
When Sue and Sinead were junior Dirt Birds, they napped on railway tracks for fun (Sinead) and stayed out on the green each day playing rounders for 18 hours (Sue). But kids these days just ain't the same. And now, as we're now winging it as parents, we decided to get an expert in to give us some much needed advice.
In this episode we talked to Helen Neary, a chartered coaching psychologist who shared her expertise and knowledge on all things parenting. Get out your pen and paper because Helen gave us so much great advice (and Sue and Sinead brought the lols). Enjoy!

In our final episode this season, we spoke to playwright, Elaine Murphy Elaine has won awards for her incredible writing and had her words read on the Abbey Theatre stage. Not only that, she is also Sinead’s next door neighbour - Elaine pinches herself every day.
This week, we are so excited to talk to actor turned author, Lisa Harding! Lisa shared what it was like to completely change her career later in life, body image and her love of shaking it all off and dancing. Plus Sue and Sinead talk about how you can spot an Irish person on a beach a mile off and Sue shares what happened the time she bought the same swimsuit as her teenage daughter…Did she make an arse of herself? You’ll just have to listen to find out!
