Friendships in your twenties can feel complicated. People grow, paths change, and it can be hard to know which connections to nurture, redefine, or release. In this episode, I share the friendship analogy that helped me stop expecting every friendship to hold the same depth: the onion layers. We talk about the value of curiosity, giving people room to change, investing in your core community, and becoming your own best friend along the way. Your friendships do not all need to look the same to be meaningful. 🩵 p.s. thanks for being patient with this episode! I couldn’t get it up yesterday because of some technical issues. xo, Bianca ========================

Autumn is almost always at the top of the list when I ask people where I live what their favourite season is. And honestly, I understand why. Ontario in the fall is breathtaking.
Grief is one of those things that changes shape all the time.
Autumn isn’t asking us to stop, it’s asking us to listen. Turn inward, and reflect.
As the days get shorter and the shadows outside become a little more visible, autumn invites us to look inward, too. There’s something about this season that naturally brings our own shadows to the surface: the parts of ourselves we might avoid, the mistakes we still carry, and the feeling that we should be further along than we are. In this episode, we’re talking about the feeling of not being enough, learning to forgive ourselves for the things we wish we had done differently, and accepting ourselves for where we are right now, even when it isn’t where we ultimately want to be. Because when we’re constantly living in the past or reaching toward the future, we miss the only place where we can actually create change: the present moment. Think of this as your autumn reminder to slow down, meet yourself where you are, and make a little more peace with the person you’re becoming. 🩵
Q4 is right around the corner. And in the corporate and business world, this tends to be one of the busiest times of the year.
