🔮This meditation has become a go-to in my personal practice and is truly one of my favorite ways to begin the day.
During this 10 minute meditation, we move through a simple visualization exercise where you are gently guided into your future, both visually and emotionally.
Neuroscience shows that the brain does not clearly distinguish between a vividly imagined experience and a real one. When you regularly visualize a future outcome and feel it in your body, your brain begins wiring itself toward that reality. When you repeatedly see something, feel it, and emotionally experience it as real, your mind begins to orient your decisions, behaviors, and attention toward creating it.
This meditation helps you do exactly that.
For best results, listen to this meditation or practice its visualization daily, and allow yourself to step into the future you are creating.
With love, Jo

💗 This meditation centers around the Sanskrit mantra Aham Prema, meaning “I am love.” So often, we seek love outside of ourselves, looking for it in other people, experiences, or places. But what happens when we begin to recognize that we ourselves are an embodiment of love?
🫧 During this practice, we will explore a mindfulness technique called noting, which helps us become more aware of what’s happening as it happens. Here, we’ll gently name the experiences that arise: thinking, hearing, feeling. A thought, a sound, a sensation in the body, all becoming something we can notice.
