There's a particular kind of pressure that follows you into your 20s, quiet, heavy, and relentless. It whispers that you should already know what you're here for. That everyone else has figured it out. That time is running out. Most of us spend what should be the most electric years of our lives paralyzed by one question: What is my purpose? Not curious. Not excited. Paralyzed. I've spent years dedicated to understanding the systems, beliefs, and patterns that keep us stuck, exploring spiritual practices, sitting with teachers like Eckhart Tolle in A New Earth and Michael Singer in The Untethered Soul, and what I've come to understand about purpose has quietly changed everything for me.
By the end of this episode, my hope is that you'll set down the weight you didn't even know you'd been carrying, and finally, genuinely, breathe again. This one is for everyone searching. But especially for you, if you're in your 20s and terrified you're already running out of time.

Autumn is almost always at the top of the list when I ask people where I live what their favourite season is. And honestly, I understand why. Ontario in the fall is breathtaking.
Grief is one of those things that changes shape all the time.
Autumn isn’t asking us to stop, it’s asking us to listen. Turn inward, and reflect.
As the days get shorter and the shadows outside become a little more visible, autumn invites us to look inward, too. There’s something about this season that naturally brings our own shadows to the surface: the parts of ourselves we might avoid, the mistakes we still carry, and the feeling that we should be further along than we are. In this episode, we’re talking about the feeling of not being enough, learning to forgive ourselves for the things we wish we had done differently, and accepting ourselves for where we are right now, even when it isn’t where we ultimately want to be. Because when we’re constantly living in the past or reaching toward the future, we miss the only place where we can actually create change: the present moment. Think of this as your autumn reminder to slow down, meet yourself where you are, and make a little more peace with the person you’re becoming. 🩵
Q4 is right around the corner. And in the corporate and business world, this tends to be one of the busiest times of the year.
