Lindsay Clancy Juror Speaks — Holdout Story Gets Even Stranger | Crime Talk

Crime Talk with Scott Reisch

Show Notes

Another Lindsay Clancy juror is breaking his silence — and what he says about the lone holdout is raising even more questions about how the jury ended up deadlocked 11-to-1. Juror Nick Dargie says he repeatedly asked the holdout to identify the evidence supporting his position and claims he never received a clear answer. He also describes a bizarre moment involving an exercise band during deliberations. We break down what these new allegations mean, the other side of the argument, and why the holdout's own version of events remains the one we still have not heard. BREAKING UPDATE: The David Prevatte murder trial has ended in a mistrial after allegations of juror misconduct disrupted deliberations. The day began with the judge investigating Juror Number Three over claims that she brought outside information into the jury room. She was ultimately removed, but as questioning of the remaining panel continued, additional concerns surfaced about information being discussed that had never been introduced as evidence. The judge ultimately determined the case could not continue with the jury and declared a mistrial. We added the breaking development to today's show after our original recording.
