Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon (aka Les Incompétents) with Justin Richards
Progressively HorrifiedShow Notes
You've seen the slasher from every possible point of view...or have you? Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon is about an aspiring slasher who brings along a documentary crew for the ride to show them what he does and how he does it. The humor is dark. The references are thick on the ground. The twists, well, you'll have to see those. This one created a hard point of disagreement between our usually agreeable hosts. Jeremy and Bee go eight rounds about whether the end of this movie works. Tell us what you think!

Don't delete this podcast thinking you already listened to it last week! Influencers is the sequel to Influencer. That's right, Kurtis David Harder is the James Cameron of hot social media murderers! Cassandra Naud is back as CW and this time she's in love! And her girlfriend is French, so if you like your lesbian murderers with a baguette in the bicycle basket, boy have we got the movie for you!
Two months of Pride wasn't enough, so the queer horror keeps on coming all through August. Now it's time to meet your badass lesbian femme fatale mommy, C.W., a woman who literally murders a woman by stepping on her. She hates social media...like...more than the normal amount.
