Show Notes
Gunsmoke presents “Murder Warrant,” episode 105 of the classic CBS radio series, originally broadcast April 24, 1954. William Conrad stars as Marshal Matt Dillon, in a John Meston script produced by Norman Macdonnell.
When a wounded Lee Prentiss arrives in Dodge, Deputy Jake Harbin follows with a murder warrant from Baker City. As outside authority collides with local justice, Dillon must weigh the claims of the warrant against his determination to see that due process is served.
Gunsmoke presents the original broadcast with a newly produced contextual introduction, a short closing announcement, and gently cleaned/mastered audio for a more consistent listening experience.
