After losing her job, and not wanting to go back into the education field in the height of the pandemic, she found Pilates on an online ad for a front desk job and quickly moved up to management. The Pilates Studio quickly became Elana's home away from home, but something was missing. Elana enjoyed taking Pilates classes, but didn't understand the full benefits of the practice until a back injury halted everything. While working with an instructor one-on-one, Elana became inspired to become a Pilates instructor and wanted to start making a difference in other peoples' lives. Thus, in March 2022, Elana made the jump and signed up for a Pilates Teacher Training Program. Now with her Comprehensive Pilates Certification, Elana has found her purpose and is fulfilling her dreams of proving to others you can achieve anything with a little hard work and patience. She truly embodies the Pilates lifestyle which is all about how to move better and feel better in everything you do. IG: @elanafaypilates
