What happened when Christ descended into Hades?
In Episode 53 of Ancient Roots of Life & Wellness, JT and Josh continue their journey through the Gospel of Nicodemus / Acts of Pilate, including one of its most incredible scenes: Hades rebuking Satan for bringing Jesus to the cross — just before the Lord of Glory enters the underworld and leads the righteous out.
But first, we dive deep into the Septuagint version of Daniel and some striking connections between Daniel and Revelation.Why does Daniel describe Nebuchadnezzar's statue as an “image”? Is Daniel 3 providing a pattern for understanding the image of the beast in Revelation 13? Could Nero and his enormous imperial image help illuminate the prophecy? And what do 666 and the textual variant 616 have to do with Nero Caesar?
