February 1977 (Morph)

Hello, can I interest you in some links? Gareth Gwynn at Leicester Comedy Festival on Wednesday! Esyllt and 8 Out Of 10 Celts at Leicester Comedy Festival this week! Esyllt's new podcast - Speaking As A Mother, forever!

We're in a cafe again! But don't worry - this time, it's planned. We were on our way to record an episode with the brilliant comedy writer Sian Harries for St David's Day, but before that, we had time for a quick catch-up and a run through the key goings on from February 1977.

We briefly mention Fleetwood Mac, a band we've already covered in the episode Little Dome: September 1977 (Atari 2600, Fleetwood Mac, Bing Crosby and David Bowie), but with that out of the way we can get onto the matter of Tony Hart, Pat Keysell, Vision On, Take Hart, Neil Buchanan (the shadow Tony Hart) and, man of the hour, Morph.

What do you think an 18+ Morph series should be called? You can get in touch with the show on [email protected] or contact us on one of the following... BlueSky: @imsonotoverit Instagram: @imsonotoverit TikTok: @imsonotoverit
