#115 | 300 days of silence, meaningful success, the power of meditation & more | David Green
The Insight PodcastShow Notes
Joining me on the show today is David Green.
David built a multi-million pound business at 23. During this time, he experienced burnout and stress, until, he says, he was “saved by meditation”. He then trained with experts across the world and went on a 300 days silent meditation retreat (no news, no social media, no internet for almost a year).
He’s the author of the book “The Invisible Hand: Business, Success & Spirituality”.
He now works helping entrepreneurs to find meaningful success and maximise their potential.
I talk to David about:
- How early childhood, family and boarding school influenced him
- Setting up a business and his advice for entrepreneurs
- The role meditation played in his success
- His experience spending 300 days in silence
- How we can stop having our mood and energy influenced by the people around us
- & much more
Enjoy the episode.
