REVISITED: Elle Brown | The Nice Girl, Suppressed Anger & The Wisdom of the Liver
The Art Of Listening To Your BodyShow Notes
Some podcast conversations stay with you long after they’re recorded… this is one of them.
Elle Brown was one of my very first sceptics.
A health practitioner working with a functional medicine doctor, she still had chronically elevated liver enzymes and low vitamin B, iron and vitamin D. Then I invited her to explore something different: her emotions. This is the story I recommend again and again, and it's worth listening to with curiosity, whether it's your first time or your fifth.
Episode highlights
Elle didn't blindly believe in the process. She questioned it, and yet she was still willing to give it a go. Through coaching and the Release Process® Elle uncovered emotions from her past that she'd never allowed herself to fully feel. We don’t always know what our bodies are holding, particularly when we’ve spent a lifetime being the nice girl, keeping the peace and doing everything we are supposed to do.
Elle’s life has continued to blossom in so many beautiful ways, and I feel incredibly privileged to have witnessed her journey.
I encourage you to follow Elle and the beautiful work she shares with the world. She really is such a beautiful soul and energy.
