Carnivore Evolution Podcast: Fleur Choy’s Journey With Endometriosis

Fleur Choy joins Victoria and Mark to share her painful, years-long struggle with endometriosis, and how transitioning to a high-fat Carnivore Diet dramatically improved her quality of life.

After years of severe pain, disrupted daily life, repeated hospital visits, inconclusive scans, and feeling dismissed by medical professionals, Fleur began exploring nutrition as another path forward.

She describes how reducing sugar and prioritizing protein and fat greatly helped reduce her pain, improve her mental clarity, restore her vitality, and finally allow her to travel without the constant fear of another debilitating flare-up.

Victoria also shares her own experience with years of menstrual pain, ovary, breast and uterine fibroid tumors, and a hysterectomy.

This episode explores women’s health, chronic inflammation, nutrition, hormonal health, and the importance of listening to your body and advocating for yourself.
