🔄This practice is an invitation to reconnect with the natural rhythm of life. The gentle ebb and flow of release and renewal. In order to receive what is new, we must first be willing to let go of what we have been holding.
In this meditation, we move through breath-cued affirmations that guide you into the conscious exchange of releasing what no longer serves you and opening to more positive and aligned energy.
With each breath, we soften the grip, clear space within the heart, body and mind, and return to a place of balance and harmony.
A grounding and restorative meditation to support letting go, healing, and welcoming new energy into your life.
With love, Jo

💗 This meditation centers around the Sanskrit mantra Aham Prema, meaning “I am love.” So often, we seek love outside of ourselves, looking for it in other people, experiences, or places. But what happens when we begin to recognize that we ourselves are an embodiment of love?
🫧 During this practice, we will explore a mindfulness technique called noting, which helps us become more aware of what’s happening as it happens. Here, we’ll gently name the experiences that arise: thinking, hearing, feeling. A thought, a sound, a sensation in the body, all becoming something we can notice.
