In this episode I share about the integration process AFTER having experienced an ayahuasca ceremony and I discuss psychedelic therapy and how it has the potential to rewire the brain, change the mind and allow us to release blocks that may be keeping us attached to old programming. While I do not endorse psychedelic use and maintain that this is something to be taken very seriously and done under supervision by ethical practitioners, I am fascinated by the neuroscience and potential for psychedelic therapy to reset our brains and reprogram our limiting beliefs.
