Brooke's Bio: She died at twenty-nine. Fifteen years later, Brooke Grove is recognized internationally for helping others integrate near-death experiences. This is the story of everything that happened in between. At twenty-nine years old, Brooke Grove crossed the threshold between life and death when multiple organ failure plunged her into a coma. During a profound Near-Death Experience (NDE), the foundations of everything she believed—as a psychologist-in-training and lifelong skeptic—were shattered. She returned to life forever changed. What followed was not a miraculous ending, but the beginning of a fifteen-year journey to understand what had happened. As Brooke sought to reconcile science with Spirit, she immersed herself in psychology, trauma recovery, consciousness studies, feminine reclamation, psychedelic integration, somatic healing, and the exploration of expanded states of awareness—all while confronting addiction, self-harm, chronic illness, grief, shame, and the lasting effects of complex trauma rooted in years of sexual and domestic violence. In this episode I share about the integration process AFTER having experienced an ayahuasca ceremony and I discuss psychedelic therapy and how it has the potential to rewire the brain, change the mind and allow us to release blocks that may be keeping us attached to old programming.
