You've planned the calendar. Colour-coded the to-do list. Set up the system. And somehow still haven't done the thing. There's a version of procrastination that looks exactly like hard work from the outside, and it might be the sneakiest thing keeping you stuck. In this episode, we're talking about why spring is the season to finally call yourself out on it, let go of the perfect plan, and start before you feel ready. Do it messy. Do it anyway. xoxo, B

Autumn is almost always at the top of the list when I ask people where I live what their favourite season is. And honestly, I understand why. Ontario in the fall is breathtaking.
Grief is one of those things that changes shape all the time.
Autumn isn’t asking us to stop, it’s asking us to listen. Turn inward, and reflect.
As the days get shorter and the shadows outside become a little more visible, autumn invites us to look inward, too. There’s something about this season that naturally brings our own shadows to the surface: the parts of ourselves we might avoid, the mistakes we still carry, and the feeling that we should be further along than we are. In this episode, we’re talking about the feeling of not being enough, learning to forgive ourselves for the things we wish we had done differently, and accepting ourselves for where we are right now, even when it isn’t where we ultimately want to be. Because when we’re constantly living in the past or reaching toward the future, we miss the only place where we can actually create change: the present moment. Think of this as your autumn reminder to slow down, meet yourself where you are, and make a little more peace with the person you’re becoming. 🩵
Q4 is right around the corner. And in the corporate and business world, this tends to be one of the busiest times of the year.
