Maple Leafs Making Moves as NHL Trade Season Arrives + Babcock Cleared

The NHL offseason is in full swing and the trade market is starting to heat up.

Jason Gregor and Mike Rupp break down the Toronto Maple Leafs' acquisition and extension of Darren Raddysh, why the deal makes sense for both Toronto and Tampa Bay, and how the Maple Leafs are reshaping their blue line under new head coach Jim Hiller.

The guys also discuss the Colorado Avalanche moving Ross Colton to Nashville, the Flyers and Maple Leafs swapping goaltenders with Joseph Woll heading to Philadelphia, and why Bowen Byram remains one of the most fascinating names on the trade market.

Later, it's another edition of Fill in the Blank as the conversation shifts to NHL Draft sleepers, John Carlson's free agency outlook, and some intriguing goalie targets around the league.

Then the trade rumors really begin. Could Connor Hellebuyck actually be available? Is Elias Pettersson a bounce-back candidate or a change-of-scenery candidate? What teams should be calling Vancouver? And which under-the-radar names could surprise the hockey world this summer?

The guys also discuss the Vegas Golden Knights promoting Ryan Craig behind the bench, Jim Hiller taking over in Toronto, and Mike Babcock's expected return to the NHL with the Edmonton Oilers.
