Show Notes

Feng Shui is the Chinese art of arranging your space in order to achieve harmony and balance in your life. In this respect it is less a luxury and more of a tool for better living for more a more stress-free life.

In this latest How to Manage Stress video, I am in conversation with feng shui consultant Rash Rattu to understand the basic principles and learning some simple techniques that can help your home be a place of calm in a turbulent world.

Because it is such a broad subject, we are focusing mainly on the areas of health and relationships since it can be said that these have the biggest effect on your health.

I do hope you enjoy it. To save it to your favourites. Like it, comment (especially if you have any thoughts on Rash's only life stressor) and share it with others. You never know when it might land at just the right time for someone.

As always, if you have any questions, do let me know.

Warmly Tricia

But not many people know that yoga can also be used as a therapy to deal with psychological and emotional problems, including stress. Practiced by a specially qualified yoga therapist who tailors their approach according to your specific needs, abilities and goals. It is useful in reducing symptoms of anxiety, stress, depression PTSD and insomnia as well as promoting emotional regulation and resilience. In this interview, I am in conversation with integrative andyoga therapist Nicole Asghar who will explain how it works and how it can support you with your stress.Find out what stressors Nicole out and how she manages it.She also recommends a brilliant book which I absolutely devoured too. It really helps us understand how change is possible.Do like, share and comment. Sharing is caring: it may be just the right thing for someone. And, you might want to save it so you can watch it again and again.Useful InformationTricia's websites:www.yourempoweredself.co.uk (personal and including free resources)www.a-headforsuccess.co.uk (business)www.triciawoolfrey.com (general)Nicole's website:www.ourluminousminds.comLink for yoga therapy practice: https://drive.google.com/file/d/11kq2...Download for The 8 Limbs of Yoga:https://drive.google.com/file/d/18OK-...Book recommendation:The Plastic Mind. Though we all breathe (I know, profound!), few of us breathe in a way that supports our feelings of wellbeing. Breakthwork can be used to calm us when we are stressed, invigorate us when we are depleted, improve productivity and balance us when we feel discombobulated.
