Adriana Ayeles is a herbalist, medicine maker, educator, and founder of Anima Mundi. Originally from Costa Rica, she started Anima Mundi several years ago in Brooklyn, aiming to bridge ancient remedies with modern world. She offers a wide spectrum of remedies and plants from around the world, integrating several traditions, such as rainforest tribal styles, Ayurveda, Chinese-Daoist Medicine, and European style alchemy. With the intention to preserve indigenous botany, she founded Anima Mundi with the purpose of providing an unadulterated medicinal herb line. She has studied shamanic-style healing, hands-on energy work, and botanical studies from a young age, and has trained as a clinical herbalist at different herbal schools. She has also studied astrology, cosmology, and consciousness, and immersed herself in the study of medical astrology and biodynamics. Her ultimate aim is to create a business that not only provides an actual pure and powerful form of healthcare but also helps to preserve indigenous lands and their local economies through organic agriculture and wildcrafted goods. She discusses bringing these healing practices to the masses and the resistance she’s faced from the medical community.

Sometimes there is no lesson to prepare and no perfect way to say what you’re feeling. Sometimes you simply have to open your heart and speak.
In her first solo episode, Natalia steps out from behind the scenes and into her own voice, sharing more of her story, who she is, and the experiences that have shaped the way she sees the world.
Your power was never meant to live in someone else’s hands.
In this episode, Shaman Durek explores one of the biggest blocks to manifestation: asking from a place of fear, doubt, and unworthiness instead of from the heart. He unpacks why so many people struggle with love, money, and purpose — not because the universe is withholding, but because of self-punishment: people-pleasing, jumping through hoops, and chasing other people's expectations to earn a love that was already theirs.
What if the thoughts telling you that you're not enough, not ready, or not capable aren't actually the truth? What if they're simply old files still running in your mind?
