🎙️ Episode Overview

Welcome to our channel! In this episode, we’re joined by Danny Davis, Founder of Recon Sports - a forward-thinking sports tech company transforming how teams use data to drive performance. Danny’s journey is anything but ordinary. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and former U.S. Army Captain, he transitioned from military leadership into entrepreneurship with a clear mission: simplify and elevate athlete data for coaches and organizations.

From working late nights building early prototypes to scaling a platform trusted by top college programs, his story is a powerful example of discipline, innovation, and vision.
