The Twenties Detox

Show Notes

It’s March, which means we're in the thick of Pisces Season, baby! ♓️ In this episode, we’re diving into the unique energy of the month. Even though it’s still chilly outside, we can all feel it: Spring is right around the corner. As I’ve mentioned over the last two months, winter naturally invites deep introspection...but if you’ve been avoiding that inner work, March is when it finally catches up to you (and it might hit a little hard). I’m feeling that signature blend of intense dreaminess and existentialism that March always brings. Join me as we discuss how to navigate these heavy vibes and get your mind and soul ready for Spring! Chapters

Autumn isn’t asking us to stop, it’s asking us to listen. Turn inward, and reflect.

As the days get shorter and the shadows outside become a little more visible, autumn invites us to look inward, too. There’s something about this season that naturally brings our own shadows to the surface: the parts of ourselves we might avoid, the mistakes we still carry, and the feeling that we should be further along than we are. In this episode, we’re talking about the feeling of not being enough, learning to forgive ourselves for the things we wish we had done differently, and accepting ourselves for where we are right now, even when it isn’t where we ultimately want to be. Because when we’re constantly living in the past or reaching toward the future, we miss the only place where we can actually create change: the present moment. Think of this as your autumn reminder to slow down, meet yourself where you are, and make a little more peace with the person you’re becoming. 🩵
