Move Wild Podcast

Show Notes

Hey! Welcome to Move Wild Podcast, a podcast dedicated to understanding human health from an evolutionary perspective, and integrating the universal principles of human health and wildness into our lives. Each week I interview and discuss with guests on topics and conversations entered around re-wilding, natural movement, nature connection and ancestral living practices. Thanks for joining me on this journey!

About today's show:

Today I have the pleasure of sharing a conversation I recorded with Monty Sharma

After spending a 4 year journey within corporate and privatised engineering has taken the plunge to connect more deeply with a purpose of passion fueled by nature. Recently arriving home from a 5 month journey traveling through Central America working within Permaculture Centers, Connecting with medicinal plants and mushrooms has arrived back home to share his vision for a greener future.

So the big question is this, how do people like us, who are passionate about movement, who value health, community and ancestrally aligned lifeways, how do we create strength, vitality and connection in a world that seems to dismiss the need for any of those traits.
