We spend so much of our lives believing happiness exists somewhere just ahead of us , after the next achievement, the next change, or when life finally looks the way we think it should.
In this episode, I explore why happiness can remain elusive even when we get many of the things we thought would make us happy, and how our constant movement towards something else can quietly prevent us from inhabiting the life that's already here.
Perhaps happiness isn't something we eventually arrive at. Perhaps the question is whether we're available for the life we're actually living.
