176 // Why Women with ADHD Never Feel Good Enough

ADHD with Confidence | Overcome Anxiety & Self-Doubt, Christian ADHD Coach, ADHD in Women

Show Notes

Why don’t we feel good enough as women with ADHD? I believe it stems from these two categories:

(1) We measure ourselves by external expectations (social media, family, culture), and

(2) We fail to recognize our own strengths and contributions.

Today’s episode will help you explore where your expectations are coming from, how to let of of unhealthy or unrealistic expectations and how to finally recognize that you’ve been good enough all along.

I hope you enjoy it!
