This episode is all about stepping into the version of you that you were always meant to be. We dive deep into what it really means to be fearlessly yourself….how authenticity creates connection, why it can feel scary, and why doing it anyway is one of the most powerful things you can do for your life, your manifestation practice, and your happiness. I share some personal stories (and a few lightbulb moments!) along with fascinating research that proves this isn’t just emotional fluff ~ it’s science-backed self-development. We chat about: 🌞 Why it feels uncomfortable to be unapologetically you 🌞 The fear of being “too much” or “too different” 🌞 How being your most authentic self attracts aligned people, opportunities, and experiences 🌞 The power of living true to yourself instead of who others expect you to be I also open up about some personal requests I’ve received from my community that left me feeling overwhelmed. It led to a really honest conversation about boundaries and how society often expects us to just give and give. I share what I’ve learned about saying no with love, and how you can still be kind, giving and open-hearted, while also being bold, strong and clear on your boundaries. And at the end of this episode, I give you a behind-the-scenes update on my Pass Around the Smile tour ~ the excitement, the limiting beliefs, and the wild ride of manifesting one of my biggest goals ever. I hope this episode inspires you to create big, beautiful goals of your own and to step into the fearless version of you. Feel the fear… and do it anyway. 💬 I’ve popped a post in both my Instagram channel and my Facebook community so we can chat about this episode! Today I’m joined by Revie Jane ~ mum, founder, fitness coach and one of those people who somehow manages to be wildly motivating while also being completely real about the messy bits of life. Revie opens up about a part of her story that she hasn’t always found easy to share ~ growing up with an abusive father, a mother who was emotionally unavailable and later physically absent, and spending much of her teenage years in survival mode. She talks about feeling fundamentally unlovable, living with hypervigilance, and believing that the life she had been handed was simply the life she was destined to have. But then something started to shift. From being taken in by her friend’s family and experiencing a kind of love and safety she hadn’t known before, to discovering fitness and realising she could continually prove her own limiting beliefs wrong, Revie shares how she began to rewrite the story she had been telling herself. We talk about the belief that “I am not what has happened to me. I am who I choose to become,” and how that idea has shaped so much of the life she has created. We also get into: ✨ How Revie learned that she was lovable after spending years believing she wasn’t ✨ The people who showed her that love could be safe, consistent and unconditional ✨ How fitness became a way of rebuilding her self-confidence and changing the narrative in her head ✨ Why she believes we sometimes have to be a little “delusional” about what is possible for our lives ✨ Intuition, trusting your gut and knowing when an opportunity simply isn’t aligned ✨ The pressure of social media and why even confident, successful people still struggle with comparison and self-doubt ✨ The reality of building a successful business ~ and why bigger doesn’t always mean better ✨ How Revie learned that more money, more staff and a bigger business didn’t necessarily equal more happiness ✨ Why peace and contentment might be more important goals than constantly chasing the next thing ✨ Intrusive thoughts, anxiety and the importance of not letting your thoughts dictate your life ✨ The grounding techniques that help Revie when her mind gets loud This conversation is vulnerable, honest, funny and ultimately so full of hope. Because sometimes the life you’ve been given can make you believe that certain things simply aren’t meant for you. But your dream life doesn’t belong to someone else, it belongs to you. Content note: This episode includes discussion of childhood abuse, neglect, suicidal thoughts and intrusive thoughts.

Be the first to step inside https://passaroundthesmile.com/pages/subscribe Today's episode is such a special one! I'm joined by the incredible Grace Miller, who quite literally got paid as an actual job to fail. Grace was the Head of Failure and Experimentation at Steven Bartlett's Flight Story, and she joined the team back in 2022 when The Diary of a CEO had just 100,000 YouTube subscribers, riding the wave all the way to tens of millions and building an entire department around the idea that failing on purpose is actually the fastest way to grow.
