Somatic Energy Cleanse Meditation to Release Stagnant Energy & Feel Like Yourself Again
A Zen Mind Guided MeditationsShow Notes
🚿 This meditation was created to help you let go of anything holding you back, reset your energy, and reconnect with your highest frequency. During this practice, we’ll move through an optional somatic exercise, breathwork, visualization, and affirmations, to help us release stagnant energy, and elevate our frequency.
So often, our bodies hold onto stress, negativity, overwhelm, and stagnant energy as a way of protecting us. Over time, the nervous system can begin operating from those patterns.
This meditation is an opportunity to release what no longer serves you, reconnect with peace, love, and clarity, and realign with the light & grounded energy that already exists within you.
With love,
Jo

💗 This meditation centers around the Sanskrit mantra Aham Prema, meaning “I am love.” So often, we seek love outside of ourselves, looking for it in other people, experiences, or places. But what happens when we begin to recognize that we ourselves are an embodiment of love?
🫧 During this practice, we will explore a mindfulness technique called noting, which helps us become more aware of what’s happening as it happens.
