I had the chance to chat with Emily McIntyre, the CEO of Swift Coffee Sourcing. She shared her journey through the coffee industry and talked about the coffee she just cant shake the memory of, one that also reminded her of her favorite cocktail. During our conversation, Emily opened up about the challenges she has faced as a woman in green coffee and offered some really practical advice for navigating this male-dominated industry. We closed our time by chatting about selling a business and how owners seeking to make a transition might best position themselves. Please enjoy my conversation with Emily McIntyre.
