Show Notes
After two years of trying to conceive, countless appointments, and hours spent chasing every possible fix, one woman's fertility journey took an unexpected turn, not toward another treatment, but toward her own emotions.
In this episode, I share the intimate story of a client who stepped back from an intense acupuncture routine after realising her energy around it had shifted into "fix-it mode," and instead leaned into emotional release work. Just months later, she received the positive pregnancy test she'd been waiting two years for.
We explore the deep connection between emotional processing and fertility, why creating space (rather than forcing outcomes) can shift your body's hormonal and energetic state, and how learning to celebrate the wins, even the early fragile ones, is its own form of healing.
If you're on a fertility journey, or love someone who is, this one's for you.

In this week's episode I handed over control to my support coach Kylie. We talked about everything from me being a pharmacy bound teenager to becoming an Osteopath, the two people that made me question everything and why clients can feel challenged in my world.
In this week's episode you get to go inside my private Release world, and experience a Livestream I shared with my recent group of clients.
In this week's episode Victoria Birchall is here to share what has unfolded since she left her 26 year NHS career as a pharmacist to dive deeper into her healing journey through breast cancer, mastectomy and antiphospholipid syndrome that led to her embracing creativity and the feminine path.
What if the thing you call lazy, is actually your body asking for what it needs?
