Non specific back pain is not a diagnosis - EP | 92

The Tommy Brideson Show

Show Notes

Lower back pain can be such a vague diagnosis and can be really frustrating to be in a cycle of pain and recovery constantly.

So many people I work with have seen 5-10 different practitioners and not much has changed week to week. They may get some short term relief or reduction of pain but it always comes back within a few days.

This episode looks at why non specific lower back pain is not a real diagnosis. Limitations of the majority of training programs and some key movement patterns that need to be in your training to help make you more capable and resilient.
