Show Notes
This weeks episode is all about improving your flexibility and mobility.
If you want to improve how you move you need to prioritise it during your training week like everything else.
Often movement is a bolt on after the fact when you end up in pain or have an injury. But how you move dictates how you train and your ability to do so efficiently so it needs to be part of your long term plan. On this, warming up is only improving your session ahead so dont get warming up and improving your actual movement confused!
With a bit of work towards not just training outcomes but how you move, training results will actually improve.
