SIGN ARAUJO PERMANENTLY! Liverpool Have a HUGE Decision to Make

LATE NIGHT LIVE WITH CRAIG | LIVERPOOL LATEST NEWS & DEBATE

Craig returns for another episode of Late Night Live following Liverpool's impressive 2–0 victory over Brighton at Anfield, with plenty to discuss about Andoni Iraola's improving side.

Ronald Araujo continues to make a huge impression in a Liverpool shirt, delivering another outstanding performance and strengthening the argument for the Reds to make his move permanent. Craig explains why the defender has already become such an important player and why securing his long-term future could be a straightforward decision.

Alexis Mac Allister's contract situation is another major talking point. With the Argentine midfielder rediscovering his best form, should Liverpool reconsider their position and reward him with a new deal? Craig believes the club would be making a mistake by refusing to reopen discussions if his performances continue.

Florian Wirtz is also finding his feet at Anfield, raising fresh questions about Jamie Carragher's earlier criticism of the German playmaker. Craig discusses Wirtz's growing influence, his recent performances and whether Liverpool's midfield looks better balanced without Dominik Szoboszlai.

There's also a debate surrounding Szoboszlai's best position, with right-back and the number ten role discussed as possible options.

Elsewhere, Craig reacts to reports that Liverpool have no interest in bringing Trent Alexander-Arnold back, questions whether Jeremie Frimpong is suited to Iraola's system and considers the futures of Federico Chiesa and Wataru Endo.

With Liverpool building momentum, attention also turns to the upcoming League Cup clash against Chelsea and the importance of continuing their winning run.

Should Liverpool sign Araujo permanently? Does Mac Allister deserve a new contract? Has Carragher been too harsh on Wirtz? And where does Szoboszlai fit into Iraola's plans?

All this and more on Late Night Live with Craig.
