Liverpool MUST Win Trophies! Craig's Passionate League Cup Rant

LATE NIGHT LIVE WITH CRAIG | LIVERPOOL LATEST NEWS & DEBATE

Craig returns for another passionate edition of Late Night Live, discussing Liverpool's ambitions under Andoni Iraola, Alexander Isak's impressive goalscoring form and the importance of fighting for silverware this season.

With Chelsea awaiting Liverpool in the League Cup, Craig makes his feelings clear: the Reds cannot afford to dismiss opportunities to win trophies. Despite concerns about fixture congestion and squad depth, he insists that Liverpool must approach every competition with the ambition of reaching Wembley.

Alexander Isak is another major talking point, with the Swedish striker continuing to deliver in front of goal. Craig explains why Liverpool supporters should be encouraged by his performances and why the forward is already showing signs of becoming a vital part of Iraola's attack.

There's also discussion about Hugo Ekitike's eventual return and whether Liverpool can accommodate both strikers in the same starting eleven.

Meanwhile, Manchester United's disastrous 3–0 home defeat to Bournemouth provides plenty of entertainment for Liverpool supporters. Craig discusses the problems at Old Trafford, questions the attitude of United's players and considers whether another managerial change is inevitable.

Elsewhere, Liverpool's improving form, the challenge of maintaining momentum and the importance of having a squad capable of competing across multiple competitions all come under the spotlight.

Should Liverpool prioritise the League Cup? Is Isak proving his worth? Can Ekitike challenge for a starting place? And how much worse can things get at Manchester United?

All this and more on Late Night Live with Craig.
