Step into the warm, rain-soaked landscapes of colonial Ceylon and experience life as a cinnamon plantation worker in the nineteenth century.

You spend your days beneath dense tropical greenery, carefully harvesting fragrant cinnamon bark while navigating humid heat, muddy paths, sudden monsoon rains, and the patient rhythms of agricultural life. From peeling and drying delicate cinnamon quills to watching bundles begin their long journey toward distant ports and markets, your work connects a quiet plantation to a much larger world of colonial trade.

Settle in, relax, and let the sounds of rain, rustling leaves, and everyday life among the cinnamon trees carry you gently toward sleep.
