Rose climbed the corporate ladder, then started an Instagram page 6 years ago to share recipes and get back to something she loved. People started asking her to host their dinners, and she went full time while on maternity leave. Today she hosts private supper clubs in people's homes and runs conceptual dining events, like Chapel, a Las Vegas wedding night where 200 women turned up in op shop wedding dresses.
