This week on The Mother Daze, we’re chatting all things toddler WILDNESS! Running away for solo adventures in the wilderness, diving off patios, chucking rocks in mouths, falling, tripping, slipping, sliding, donking and generally causing absolute MAYHEM! Just the basic insanity of having a one-year-old in an already chaotic household full of kids. Funnnn guys funnnn, insanely cute but send help!
Things take a rather serious left turn as one of the girls shares a recent, terrifying brush with death. A confronting experience that brought with it a massive shake up and a powerful reminder of just how fragile and precious life really is. How one split second distraction in this case actually saved her.
Tez fills us in on the new dreamy home, the excitement, the overwhelm and the seemingly IMPOSSIBLE task of moving house while juggling five kids, work and the million other things that keep life spinning!
Meanwhile, Sarah shares the absolute madness that unfolded when the boys were out of town recently and it’s was just her, their nanny Sonya and the three little girls. Let’s just say the shit REALLY hits the fan (or the face, in Sarah’s case!).
From near-death experiences to poo-covered disasters, we’re giggling our way through the glorious mess of motherhood. Because sometimes, if you don’t laugh, you’ll cry! As we always say Weeeeeeeeee

Daniel’s work is all about helping parents and teens stay connected through the beautiful, messy and sometimes completely bewildering years of adolescence.
This week it’s just the gals and we’re realizing that despite living on opposite sides of the world, we are somehow living PARALLEL LIVES. Oldest kids starting high school? Check. Dreaming up new homes? Check. Small beach-town days where you can’t leave the house without bumping into someone you know? Check. Youngest babies taking their first steps at exactly the same time? CHECK.
