In this episode of The Morning Marketer we sit down with Sarah Robb, mindset coach, speaker, and founder of Breakthrough Blueprint.
Sarah's journey started with the sudden death of her father when she was 20, followed by the death of her mother six years later. At 26, with no roadmap for grief, she went through traditional therapy, got sick of just talking about the problem, and travelled to Australia to train in neuro-linguistic programming to understand how to actually change it.
Using what she learned about the subconscious mind, she built Breakthrough Blueprint, a coaching program that has helped hundreds of high performers, business owners, and CEOs work through self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and overthinking. Today Sarah runs a team of 14, has grown a personal brand of over 80,000 followers built on total transparency, and is working toward a mission of positively impacting a million lives by 2030.
In this conversation, Sarah shares why the problem is never self-doubt, it's believing your thoughts, the difference between knowledge and application, and why she thinks most business owners have a business owner problem, not a business problem.
Sarah gives a candid, unfiltered look at what it actually takes to rebuild your identity after losing everything, and proves that the hardest seasons can become the exact thing that makes you unshakeable.
