Mini Musings with Amanda.
When we become mindfully aware, we take our power back. We tell our body and mind that we are interested, we want to know what's going on and we want to respond accordingly. This heightened awareness allows us to respond from a place of love, compassion and innate wisdom rather than letting our emotions run us as reacting from that small place.
---> Our Invitation to YOU = Set an intention to be mindfully aware for the duration of your next meal. Notice every single aspect. Can you taste individual flavours? What are the aromas? How does it feel in your mouth? What are the sensations occurring in your body before, during and after your meal? Give a whole new meaning to being a foodie!
