LIVERPOOL'S CONTRACT MESS! Craig Demands Answers Over Mac Allister

Craig returns for another edition of Late Night Live, with Alexis Mac Allister's Liverpool future and Real Madrid's reported interest dominating the discussion.

Following reports that the Spanish giants are monitoring Mac Allister's contract situation, Craig delivers a passionate reaction to Liverpool's handling of key players and questions why the club continues to leave itself vulnerable in transfer negotiations.

With Mac Allister's contract running until 2028 and no immediate extension reportedly planned, Craig argues that Liverpool must protect the midfielder's value rather than risk another important player leaving for less than he is worth.

Attention also turns to Liverpool's wider recruitment strategy, with Craig calling for another central midfielder and a long-term solution at right-back. Should the Reds strengthen their squad rather than contemplate losing another established player?

Ronald Araujo also earns praise for his leadership and impact at Anfield, with Trey Nyoni discussing how the defender's commitment and experience have inspired his team-mates.

Looking ahead to Liverpool's Carabao Cup clash with Chelsea, Craig reacts to Andoni Iraola's press conference, discusses potential rotation and considers Florian Wirtz's availability as the Reds look to maintain their winning momentum.

There's also reaction to Manchester United's decision to continue with Michael Carrick and Liverpool's reported addition to their scouting department.

Should Liverpool give Mac Allister a new contract? How urgently do the Reds need midfield reinforcements? And can Iraola guide Liverpool into the next round of the cup?

All this and more on Late Night Live with Craig.
