Piddington is sticking it to the Labour government, voting overwhelmingly to leave the UK; 285 of 312 voted to leave. Although this will not trigger any formal departure from the country, it represents the strength of feeling about the incoming migrants that Piddington would like to see the back of. Many say this is what Piddington gets for voting Liberal Democrat, with residents emphasising that not every local voted for the Party and that the safety of women is paramount. Talk Breakfast's Jeremy Kyle discussed the vote outcome, and more, with: Former deputy speaker of the House of Commons Nigel Evans, Piddington resident Sandra Innes, Talk's international editor Isabel Oakeshott, commentator and the Mail on Sunday's Dan Hodges, shadow chancellor for the Duchy of Lancaster Alex Burghart, Talk reporter Charlie Rowley, and chair of the Piddington Parish Council in Oxfordshire Tim McNally. Ian Collins unpacks the absolute state of the nation - a country on the absolute brink. Take a listen to this…
Jeremy Kyle unpacks the latest with energy in the UK. Absolute, unadulterated madness. One minute Labour approves a North Sea gas site—a rare, brief outbreak of actual common sense. Donald Trump himself comes out and says, "Look at that, drill full blast, get on with it!" Brilliant, right? Energy independence, lower bills, proper jobs. But no! Within hours, the Energy Secretary signals she’s going to block a massive, crucial oilfield right next door. I mean, are you joking?! Are we trying to power this country or bankrupt it?
This morning on the Jeremy Kyle Breakfast Show unpacks the decision that Labour had made to come to their senses! New drilling for gas in the North Sea is set to be approved today after energy prices spiked to a brutal four-year high. Miatta Fahnbulleh, the Energy Secretary—who, by the way, is currently attacking Shabana Mahmood—is expected to give the green light to the Jackdaw project after months of endless delays.
Jeremy Kyle reacts as The Energy Secretary Miatta Fahnbulleh has launched a blistering attack on Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood’s plan to tighten up immigration! Mahmood wants to make foreign nationals wait up to 15 years instead of five to earn permanent residency but Fahnbulleh, writing to voters in her Peckham constituency, has hit back, warning constituents that delaying settlement risks destroying social cohesion, lacking compassion, and fuelling "toxic" political rhetoric.
Jeremy Kyle unpacks the latest with The PM as remember when Andy Burnham said he wants closer ties with Europe?
