Decade-old frozen eggs, shocking lab errors, surrogacy setbacks, countless retrievals, and the discovery that she and her husband were both genetic carriers for the same disease. Then came HOPE in the form of one healthy embryo. One tiny maybe.
At 47, she welcomed her baby Ophelia and turned her own miracle into a mission, offering financial support to help other families grow. It’s a story that is at times harrowing and frustrating, and one that captures the real-world courage behind so many fertility journeys.
